1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a MedexBand device, accessing the MedexBand web portal, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products or services.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide. Additional terms may apply depending on your country of residence.

2. About MedexBand

MedexBand provides a hardware medical ID wristband paired with a web-based profile portal — and a mobile app currently in development — that allows users to store and manage personal health information. MedexBand does not store your health data on its servers. All information you enter remains on your device and is accessible only to you.

3. Medical Information Disclaimer

MedexBand is a personal health information management and emergency identification product. It is designed to store and display your medical conditions, medications, and health data to assist emergency responders and healthcare professionals in time-critical situations.

While MedexBand includes features to help you track medications and health conditions — and will include AI-assisted health insights in a future update — it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical decisions.

MedexBand makes no guarantee that the information displayed on your band will be acted upon by any emergency responder or medical professional. You are solely responsible for keeping your health information accurate and up to date.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the health information you store on your MedexBand device and app. MedexBand is not liable for any outcome resulting from inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.

You agree not to use MedexBand for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others.

5. Web Portal & Mobile App

Access to the MedexBand profile portal and companion mobile app (when available) is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our software at any time with reasonable notice. All health data you enter resides on your device — deleting your account or uninstalling the app will permanently remove that data.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of any information you store in the portal or app.

6. Purchases & Pre-Orders

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Pre-orders may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before shipment. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and hardware designs associated with MedexBand are the property of MedexBand and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedexBand shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your MedexBand device.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For users outside the United States, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence that these Terms cannot override.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of MedexBand products or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
