Pre-Orders

Pre-order payments may be cancelled and fully refunded at any time before your order ships. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, the standard 30-day return window applies.

To cancel a pre-order, email support@medexband.com with your order number.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your MedexBand hardware purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping charges).

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. Personalized or engraved items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your MedexBand arrives defective, damaged in transit, or stops functioning within the first 12 months of normal use, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Contact us at support@medexband.com with your order number and a brief description (and photo if applicable) of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email support@medexband.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

(1) Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
(2) Personalized or engraved items, unless they arrive defective
(3) Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

MedexBand reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
